PM SR generation Error

Hi All,

After running 'Preventive Maintenance Generate Service Requests and Tasks' program , I am getting error message like 'Effectivity ID 3972697 Product Number 3765136 Serial Number 316268: Error in Service Request creation.API Programming Error (CS_ServiceRequest_UTIL.Validate_Account_Id): The value "1173461" for field p_account_id is invalid.' in log file.

What could be cause of this error?
