install_site_id in cs_incidents_all_b table

Hi All,

How install_site_id being populated in cs_incidents_all_b table?

In one of our custom query, we are using this field and it is not populated in one of SR. How I can populate this?

I am clicking on 'Get Contracts' button in SR form and contract (expired) is coming there. After saving, it got saved. But after opening again this SR, contract number disappeared.

Please reply accordingly. This is the same SR for which we are facing install_site_id problem.
