SessionTimeout and OpenUI

I was wondering if anyone knows if there are still issues with SessionTimeout in OpenUI. We're on 8.1.1.9 and have so far experienced problems with Message Broadcast preventing sessions from timing out. This has apparently been fixed in a later version.

Does anyone know if the "Alarm Manager Load Frequency", and the use of Calendar alarms in general, affects the SessionTimeout in OpenUI 8.1.1.9 and later?
