Attachment 'too large to download' in MFS laptop client (web to go app)

Hi All,

Our user is getting error while viewing SR attachments in MFS laptop client (i.e. web to go application). The attachments in Web to go are marked as "too Large to download". This restricts the information needed to carry out related work.

We have set profile 'CSM: Maximum Attachment Size' to 30 at site level.
