Is Exadata 11.2.0.3.25 supported with E-Business Suite R12 as it does not show up in document 139252

Document 1392527.1 shows database patches necessary to work with E-Business Suite on Exadata.  Normally, shortly after release of the quarterly PSU, this document is updated with patches necessary on the new quarterly patch.  Although the new PSU for 11.2.0.4 now shows up in the document, the PSU for 11.2.0.3 does not.  Is there an issue with E-Business Suite running against the new PSU for 11.2.0.3 (11.2.0.3.25)?
