Issue with an updated supplier SSL cert
Whenever one of our suppliers modifies their sites SSL certificate our DBAs have to install the new certificate on our system and perform a full bounce of the application tier. These cert modifications can happen with no notification to our company. Getting this downtime on an ad-hoc basis can be difficult, especially during high-use, high-profile times of the year.
This SSL cert issue can also affect our XML PO delivery and XML invoice delivery functions as well.
