SUI rate is different on select employees

We have 6 employees that transferred from one internal company to another recently in the same state.  Last payroll their SUI rate was correct in the new company, this payroll we are seeing 4 of the 6 with a higher SUI rate.  I looked in Tax Overrides and see no additional or a different rate.  I checked the temporary tax table and do not see any extra records hanging out there.  Can you assist me with other places I can look?  State rate is .006 and these 4 employees are taxed at .008.
