DMS: CNS-9032 Sync did not complete and no way to sync again

Hey guys,

perhaps someone can help me. We have a customer which uses about 700 Windows Mobile 6.5 Devices (PSION EP10) with Oracle Lite 10.3.0.3.

From time to time a device gets the following error:

"ERROR",CNS-9032,"11/12/2014 12:34:33","Sync did not complete.","059_009"

From that on the device shows this error after every sync. You have to install it fresh to sync successful again.

The MobileEngine Form with the 4 balk (Compose/Send/Receivce/Process) gets to about 50% of the first Balk (Composing) and then suddenly stops. MSync is automatically closed (feels like crashed) and you can get the error above in olSynclog.txt.

You can still send commands from the mobile manager to the device and they get answered.
