MGMT$DB_FEATUREUSAGE empty with oem 12.1.0.4

Hello gurus,

since i have installed and configured grid control 12.1.0.4 on Linux 6.5 with 11.2.0.4 database as repository on the same server, view MGMT$DB_FEATUREUSAGE is empty.

When i used grid control 12.1.0.3 on another server this view was not empty but with grid control 12.1.0.4 it is empty.

I have more than 10 databases targets (11.2.0.3 and 12.1) on Linux.

I create a new tremplate named database_metric_template_fast, copy of database_metric_template, with following items enabled :

To run every 1 hour instead of every 24 hours

But still same problem.

I stopped and started local agents on target hosts : no change.
