Turkey e-Ledger

We have recently been advised that it's a mandatory fiscal requirement in Turkey to submit the Journal Day Book and Ledger report via e-Ledger. Does anybody know how Oracle supports this requirement? So far, we have implemented all the Oracle R12.1.3 localisations for Turkey but there is no mention of e-ledger.
