HFM Calc Mgr NoInput Rule MemberList Error

I am trying to create a NoInput rule using an account member list.  However, when I check the rule, I get the error that the list does not exist.  The list quite clearly exists as I picked it from the application's list of account lists.  Can anyone offer some assistance on this?
