ORA-01403: No Data Found - FRM:40735 WHEN VALIDATE RECORD Trigger raised exception ORA-04062

Hi

We have recently installed Oracle E-business Suite 12.2.3.  We have loaded Sales Tax and Use Tax data to Oracle EbS environment and configured all rules.  We are getting  "ORA-01403: No Data Found - FRM:40735 WHEN VALIDATE RECORD Trigger raised exception ORA-04062"  error on Sales Orders form at following location when we click Line Item or Book Order and we are unable to see computed tax. 

Location

Order Management Super User, Vision Operation  -> Orders, returns - > Sales Orders.

The form is launching fine and we enter customer information, Order Type and as soon as we click Line Items It gives above error.
