How do I command an agent to report to a new OMS?

I'm in the process of relocating my entire database environment from one data center to another one across the country (from the west coast to east) following a change in corporate ownership of my employer.  The databases have moved easily, but my OMS/EM server is still on the west coast, and the new east coast targets are still connecting to the old OMS.  I've installed a fresh new OMS on the east coast (12.1.0.4.0) along with a repository db.  I'm content to not move my west coast repository data if moving it would be an extra effort.  I installed a newer version of OMS and repository database on the east coast than I have on the west coast.
