Managing customer setup/edit requests for trackability
We are looking for best practices with regard to tracking requests to create new customer records or edit existing customer records. We need this for a couple reasons: first our team is dispersed so it will be nice to have a better way to confirm who is working on which setup request, and second we need to keep this for our audit team to ensure that we have approved people creating new customers and making approved changes.
Are there any tools within Oracle to track this?
What other tools are useful?
