CUSTOM naming convention prefixing XX_

Have the following clarification against your 'XX' prefix naming convention for CUSTOM objects in the EBS

Under this document -  Defining Your Custom Application / Defining Your Custom Application ORACLE ID etc... 

We are clear on the object naming convention and schema naming conventions. And have our internal custom guidelines in place to ensure we have these XX_<PROD_TOP_NAME> linked.

However for functional setups like  Custom Lookups, Custom Responsibilities etc.. 

Here too is the recommendation to follow the XX_ prefix when defining them so as to not conflict with Oracle seeded data ?
