Output standard report into excel

Dear All,

I have a client's requirement to convert a seeded report's output from text to excel.

I have copied the seeded report, rename the short name, copy the parameters and compatibilities. I have put the output to XML in order to get the tags so that i can use the tags in BI word template.

The problem now is that i'am not able to include the parameters of the seeded report so that to display them in the header. The tag is giving me sql codes instead of values.

Please help... because I need the paramenters in my report header
