error in shutting down cellsrv

Hello,

Please refer to the error below:

CellCLI> alter cell flashcachemode=writeback

CELL-01552: Stop CELLSRV. Cell flashCacheMode cannot be modified while CELLSRV is running.

CellCLI> alter cell shutdown services cellsrv

Stopping CELLSRV services...

The SHUTDOWN of CELLSRV services was not successful.

CELL-01548: Unable to shut down CELLSRV because disk group DATA2_QR01 may be forced to dismount due to reduced redundancy.

Diskgroup Data2_qr01 has external redundancy.
