Dock date issue

Hi Experts

We have 11i. We have faced issue in Dock date calculation.The problem is dock date is not communicated to the supplier in case forecast or any PO. It is calculated as Due date -Post processing LT and -Delivery calendar(if date is go beyond delivery date). For example

Items A Post processing LT is 3 days and delivery calendar is fixed every Thurs day for the supplier.

Suppose a Forecast for this item 300 and its need by date is 01-Dec-14

Due date is 01-Dec-14=need by date

Then dock date is ((01-Dec-14) - 3) =it is go to 26-NOV-14 due to two days holiday , that is  Wednesday. Again based on delivery calendar, the Dock date is 20-NOV-14 because of delivery calendar  Thursday only.
