Reporting on additional Users that have been added to an Activity

Hi Everyone,

We have a request to create a report that will show all Users (not only the owner) that have been added to an Activity in the 'Users' related info section.

Have researched both Analytics & Reporting subject areas but this info doesn't seem to be available for reporting, are there any available options/workarounds to achieve this?
