Render a field - Customer Support Specialist

Hello,

I am trying to render the DATABASE field using OAF personalizations in Customer Support Specialist.

This field can be rendered in Teleservice using folder tools but it does not seem to be an available field in HTML SRs.

We have SRs that have values populated in that field in cs_incidents_all and we need to find a way to expose it onto HTML SRs.

Any suggestions? Do we need to create an item and if so, how would we map it correctly to the DATABASE column?
