What are the requirements in order to upgrade NN9200 from SD710 to NN720?

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Is it required to have SWR-0012-00r2p08.tar version of bootloader? If so, how can I obtain it? I tried searching in MOS, but, I only got SWR-0012-00r2p07.tar version.
