Price change event with a new created item

Hi All,

I am using RMS and RPM version 14.0.0.0

My scenario is as follows:

- in RMS module, I created and approved a new item parent with its children

- I set up the warehouse and locations where this item will be received and allocated (transferred) - I have no purchase order and no stock for this item

- I had run the NewItemLocBatch

- in RPM module, I want to create a promotion using this item/parent/diff per zone (A)

- I want to approve this promotion but is reaching Conflict checking status

- If I will try again to create a promotion, after few days (3 days), with stock-on-hand for the same item per one location from zone (A), my event can reach its approved status.
