Siebel CTI Toolbar Buttons getting Struck

Hi Experts.

Currently we are using Siebel Call Center Application 8.1.1.11 PatchSet 12 Version. We have CTI INtegration with CCA.

Issue Decription:-

Unable to change CTI toolbar status in Siebel CTI Toolbar. Rest of the Unify is working fine, just that the toolbar is not responding and appears “clicked”

Button appears “pressed” but the pop-up doesn’t happen But, when I try to navigate within Siebel and open some other pop-up, it opens just fine

Analysis Done from my Side:-

Analyzed Scomm and TW and AOM logs and could figure out below Stuffs

At Siebel’s SComm log if we see error like
