Hi we are getting following errors in alert logfile, please help us

This is a RAC environment

On node 1 we are getting following errors

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "EXFSYS"."RLM$SCHDNEGACTION"

ORA-28031: maximum of 148 enabled roles exceeded

Errors in file /opt/oracle/diag/rdbms/prod/prod11/trace/prod1_j000_10737.trc

The trace file contents are like below
