Issue with Unlocking the data in Excel Add-in

Hi,

In Essbase Excel add-in, I need to press “lock” then “send” and “unlock” in order to upload into System. I have the ability to press “lock” and “send”, but when I press “unlock”, my Excel freezes and I get the couple of errors. Any idea on what could be causing this?


I have attached the 2 errors in an attachment for your reference. This is only issue with me and all other in this regional members are not facing any issues.
