Change a Sold To on a Sales Order

We have a sales order (P4210) where there are 20 lines on the order.  There were 6 lines that shipped and closed.  Now the sold to has changed for the balance of the order.  I tried to go to the Header to change and I get an error that all lines need to change.  How can I change the sold to after some of the lines have shipped?
