FSG - Report not terminate successfully

Dear Support,

We have been facing the issue is relevant FSG, when we terminate any FSG report program but its still not terminated successfully after a long time even 2 & 3 days ago, its still showing in Terminating status.

This issue occurred only Production environment not Test instance, although we have fresh clone instance & we run the FSG & terminate it successfully.

Please suggest solution as soon as possible because this is Prod Instance issue & client will not wait more.
