Need to broadcast/share documents at project level using template or any other way in Unifier

Hello All,

We have some common documents that need to be share or say should be available at all the projects that are created using that template. It is similar like adding a user/group at template level and available at all the project that are created by using template. Is it possible in Unifier ? Or any other around possible ?
