R09801 completed successfully but not updating PC code in F0911/F0902 table- User Security issue

Hi Friends

We have multiple companies (>10) in one environment and we got below requirement

1. Few users require Read and write (R/W) access for 3 companies
2. Rest of the users require only Read (R) access for the 3 companies.

We have provided the security as per above requirement, but we encountered the below issue.

1. R/W user voided the GL/AP/AR transaction/batch belongs to the 3 companies mentioned above.
2. R user posted the above batch as the user has authority to approve which defined in P00241 application
3. The AP and AR batch are ending in error. R09801 PDF showing the error like Business function failed and it is working as per the requirement.
