I have applied to a database a metric template one of the items is the amount of free space in a tablespace which shouldn't be below 1GB or a critical metric alert is generated. I then created a rule set for the database.  The rule set has two rules.  The first rule is when a severity is critical or fatal it sends an email to a user - repeats every 2 mins for 6 times - creates an incident and set Priority to Urgent.
