Modifying Income Statement and Balance Sheet

Hello,

This is the first I have worked with Financial Reports and I am struggling with formatting the financial report section.  Specifically, I need to add a dollar signs next to the first number in each column, underlines to subtotals and totals, and page breaks (ex. between Assets and Liabilities).  Any help is appreciated.
