EBS 12.1.3 login page is not working after poodle fix

Login page does not work after the following Poodle fix was applied in our EBS 12.1.3 UAT

The following SSLProtocol line and SSLCipherSuite line should be set in ssl.conf for Release 12 and in httpd.conf in Release 11i:

SSLProtocol all -SSLv2 -SSLv3
SSLCipherSuite HIGH:MEDIUM:!aNULL:+SHA1:+MD5:+HIGH:+MEDIUM

Only the SSLProtocol change is required to prevent the POODLE vulnerability

Anybody having any issues
