Contract Purchase Agreement revision did not change even after requires reapproval status.

After updating the Contract Purchase Agreement Bill to and Ship to location, CPA goes into requires reapproval status but revision did not change. We are on 12.1.3.

It is working fine for Standard Purchase Order and Blanket Purchase Agreement.
