We have Procurment Card buyer (VISA Card) setup in the system, the buyer is purchasing items since 3 months, suddently the 'Use Procurement Card' hyperlink is not appearing on the PO Header Page. We have verified and found that his card expiration date is 11/30/14. I have changed the expiration date to 12/31/2014, again the 'Use Procurement Card' hyperlink appears. Is there anywhere controlling by card expiration date. Please advise.
