Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Import web service definition not creating web service.

I am having issues with import web service definition similiar to the SR below:

Not possible to export or import web service definition (.xml) using Siebel Open UI Client ( Doc ID 1613193.1 )

I configured the applet as outlined in this SR and the application is accepting the file which I select.

However, it is not creating or modifying any web service.

I tried this both in Open UI mode and High Interactivity mode having the same issue.

Currently on 8.1.1.11 patchset 12.
