How to setup and claim Perdiem Expenses in Germany

Hi Team,

We all understand that Per Diem claim in Germany is very different than rest of the world..

Here associate need to mention below parameters and based on permutations Perdiem is calculated.

1. Number of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

2. If worked after 10pm without hotel stay.

3. Used personal vehicle for travel?

The reimbursable amount changes 1st January every year..

I want to understand how to setup the legal requirement from Gemany in Psft 9.1. Also how to use document for associate to claim the perdiem..
