Credit Memo API Error

Dear All

I am using AR_CREDIT_MEMO_API_PUB.CREATE_REQUEST to create credit memo against selected invoice. API is throwing an error "Error Calling arp_process_header.post_commit ORA-20001:

Failure encountered in AR_CREDIT_MEMO_API_PUB.Create_request call to arw_cmreq_cover.ar_request_cm". What may be cause of this error??
