srvctl start listener -l RFEB

PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.RFEB.lsnr

CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.RFEB.lsnr' on 'wktstr12rac2' failed

CRS-2678: 'ora.RFEB.lsnr' on 'wktstr12rac2' has experienced an unrecoverable failure

CRS-0267: Human intervention required to resume its availability.

CRS-5802: Unable to start the agent process

I am getting above error on one of the RAC nodes.

Please do let me know how to fix this issue.
