WL server slow

Hi,

I installed and configured a regular WL structure.  No FMW product installed, just WL.  I have admin server and two manged servers. No clusters, just single managed servers, on one machine.  I had to do this simple install as a last option in my troubleshooting of the slownes. The admin server comes up fast.  The managed servers take about 7 min per server to start.

I attached one thread dump to get some help where to look for improving the speed.

Any suggestions?
