BIP issue after DB refresh

Hi Folks

  We have refreshed prod DB to a test environment where BIP is working fine before refresh.

After the DB refresh, the following changes have been made in the test environments.

 

1)SADMIN/GUESTCST password change

2)Enterprise level password change

3)Modification of url's in the inbound and outbound webservices, and clear cache

4)Moving all the report templates to the respective folders on siebel server and BIP server.

5)parameter "JVMSubsys" change to the XMLPJVMSubsys for XMLP component

6)Restart of siebel/gateway and BIP services

 

Siebel application is up and running but when we are trying to pull the report, we are getting "BI Publisher report generation time exceeds the threshold. Please navigate to the My BI Publisher Reports view to see the generated report output"(PFA Screenshot attached.)
