Document Set for Specific Customers

Is there a way to define Shipping Document Set for specific customers that would generate automatically at Ship Confirm?

Right now we have generic Document Set defined for a Shipping Org that defaults, but we want to know if we can have Doc Set to automatically default for certain customers.
