Is OISP a once of configuration of log bias/block....

....... size when creating the database (in 12c and dNFS to ZS3) or is it dynamic?  E.g. if I change the block size in Solaris will OISP change it back on the next write to that folder? Is there any better documentation on the ins and outs of OISP rather than the sales/marketing stuff.

Also, documentation suggest  NFS v4.0 is required for OISP in the Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance - 2013.1.0.1 Release Notes. I take it this is referring to 11gR2 (dated Dec 2013) and is NFS v4.1 required for OISP to work as designed specifically for 12c. I had seen reference to this is Database Documentation but am struggling to find it again.
