Can't approve page asset dependent on a different site SitePlan node/asset (Default) ?

Can't approve page asset dependent on a different site SitePlan node/asset (Default) as in the image below.

This site has very few assets which have all been approved using the "Approve Multiple Assets".

There are no other pages in this Site except for this page and it's translation, and they are both held because of this SitePlan asset isn't approved.
