Error message is coming while changing SR status
Hi All,
We are facing a problem while changing status of a particular SR. When changing status of this SR (from HOLD to OPEN/CANCELLED/CLOSE...), error message is coming as per attached screenshot.
When I try to attach a contract (by 'All Contract'-->'Get Contract') (the only contract that comes up)- Oracle won’t accept it. And the same message comes up again.
I have raised same discussion in 'Service' community last week, but can't find it now.
Please reply accordingly. What can be done to solve this problem.
