Fixed Assets - EBS (MOSC)

Book_Control Organization_id

I am adding records to fa_Book_Controls due to a change in calendar (rebuilding in test instance first). I've added one book type code's set of records, and then use a qry to examine data in database.

The fa_Book_Controls.Org_id is not being populated (is null). All other data elements are imaged to expectation.

How is the Org_Id in fa_Book_Controls populated/updated? 

Example: HCY_USA_CORP is the new data record (missing Org_Id 92).
