The item is not Express allowed in the destination organization

I got the below error in 'Transaction Status' form for a Standard Purchase Order. I checked the Receiving Options. 'Allow Express Transactions' is enabled in the receiving organization.

Please let me know if you have encountered the below error.

"The item is not Express allowed in the destination organization"
