What are the Setups required to run One View Reporting in JDE ?

Hi,

I have a JDE Fat client(EnterpriseOne 9.1.4.6) instance with BI Publisher
installed in my system.I still do not get a One View Reporting icon in my web
client.What are the setups required to execute One view reports in my sytem?Do
we need seperate server in addition to BIP server for running OVR reports?Is
there any relation between BIP reports and OVR reports in terms of template and
content, also do we need any intergration with OBIEE servers for running OVR
reports in JDE?
