How to Increase/Decrease Quantities in MSR?

Dear All Experts,

Here we have created one MSR with multiple lines & needs to approve it then Reserve & Deplete it.

So now Inventory Person does not want to reserve the mentioned Quantities in MSR & Increase / decrease the quantities, so how to do this?
