in Advanced Pricing - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello ,

Can anyone explain in details how to create a dynamic formula in advanced pricing module to make the price in the price list changes from RFQ prices (in purchasing) and add calculate cost plus 25% to get the selling price?

Is that possible?
