Increase the RAM size for SIebel

Hi,

Our current system is having 32 GB RAM and it is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard , 64 bit machine.

We would like increase the RAm size as in teh siebel app servers it is taking more than 60 % of usage.

Our current system is having call center and eservice object managers enabled for Multi lingual (ENU, ITA, ESN, PLK) .

So, it is not able to handle the load for this and please help us in how to increase the RAM for siebel server.

And also let us know that is it required to install the siebel from scratch on these newly added ram machines.
